Owners are friendly. Sites are all grass and clean. Park is quite. However, it is full of migrate workers that stay in old trailers. There is heavy drinking in the open. We will not stay here again.

We really like this campground, however, there is a major problem with rules enforcement. I had to pick up animal poop from our site several times in the short time we were here. The grounds were not very neat, paper and trash was not picked up. Speeding by some of the monthly residents is beyond belief. The owners are very friendly and helpful but I don't think they can see the forest for the trees when it comes to grounds keeping and enforcing the rules. We will stay here again.

I agree with what other reviewers have said. It's a great place to stay. We will stay there every time we are in the area.

We stayed 5 nights, the park is clean, neat and has a great view of the Mississippi River. The park owner had a live band for his daughter for two nights. The last two nights we stayed. The ten o'clock quiet hour was not observed, the bands, 3 per night, got louder not quieter at 10PM. When the manager was called at 11PM the second night she said she couldn't do anything about it. I observed several drunk underage kids walking up and down the roads. We will not stay here again.

Clean park, staff very friendly. Sites very close, almost impossible to open awning without hitting neighbors slides or trees. Our dog was covered in ticks after walking in pet area. Talked to other pet owners that had the same problem. Park is over priced for what you get. We have family within a mile of the park so it is good for us, but we will not be back because of the high price and ticks.
